Because dealing with insurance panels restricts the deeply individualized care you deserve, I partner with Thrizer. They automatically verify your out-of-network deductible and benefits, file your claims once we upload your superbills, and can even let you pay only your coinsurance portion upfront if your plan qualifies!

Private pay 60-minute sessions are billed at $250/hr.*
Private pay 45-minute follow-ups are billed at $225/hr.*
All private pay fees are billed via autopay on Sessions Health. Headway insurance clients are billed via the Headway platform.
Currently credentialed with Aetna, Providence Health, Carelon, Providence Health Plan, and Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey via Headway until April of 2027. Anthem spots are currently full.
